How We Pack for Safety
Glass and ceramic travel a long way to get to you, so every piece is wrapped in two boxes [One as the original box and one safety ‘gappa’ box- marked fragile at the end step for all our gappa products to reach you safely .

If Something Arrives Damaged:
We know breakage is the one thing that can dampen an unboxing, so here's our promise: if your order arrives broken or damaged, reach out to us within [48/72] hours with an unedited unboxing video.
